thanks for doing this page – I was able to contact Amazon to check on an order – found the seller cancelled my order since out of stock but
I was not notified.

Thank you thank you for leaving a toll free number to call Amazon. I am websaavy – yet could find no customer service information. I have purchased many items in the past but feel inclined to never trade with Amazon again. Recently, I purchased a Peggy Lee Christmas CD (on 12/10) – my credit card was charged on 12/11. After receiving notice that my Xmas CD would not ship until after 12/26 I attempted to cancel the order online on 12/16. Amazon.com stated this was not possible since “We are preparing these items for shipment and this portion of your order cannot be canceled or changed.”…on the 26th of December! This happened to me once before and I had to jump thru their return hoops – not fun. Thank God the phone number… they canceled the order and I have canceled my association with this product behemoth.
